By accessing or using ShopAssist AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ShopAssist AI provides an AI-powered customer support chatbot platform designed for Shopify store owners. The Service includes a chat widget, dashboard, knowledge base management, and analytics tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in USD. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Usage beyond plan limits may incur overage charges as specified in your plan.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to transmit harmful content, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the Service's operation. AI-generated responses are for informational purposes and should not replace professional advice.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process data solely to provide the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ShopAssist AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
